Anthropic has upgraded Claude this week, introducing four significant updates that enhance the controllability and flexibility of enterprise-level AI Agents. A new session budget control feature allows users to set a budget cap for Agent sessions; once the limit is reached, the system pauses operation, and users can resume task execution by increasing the budget. The regional reasoning control capability is now available, enabling users to choose the operating location for Claude Managed Agents, with billing based on standard rates, where costs for operations within the U.S. region are 1.1 times the standard price. It also supports automatic loading of Skills capability modules from user repositories. Additionally, a new advisory model feature allows users to configure a more powerful model as an advisor, improving the quality of handling complex tasks.
