ARMA Announces Competition for Asset Management of 'Betonstroy' Linked to Medvedchuk
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced three new competitions via Prozorro to select managers for the seized property of LLC 'Betonstroy', associated with Viktor Medvedchuk, as well as for two groups of railway cars. The assets of 'Betonstroy' include production equipment, a hangar, warehouse and office premises, as well as special machinery. Before the full-scale invasion, the enterprise was engaged in the production and supply of commercial concrete. The other two competitions concern seized railway cars and hopper cars that can be used for freight transportation or transferred for use. Potential managers must submit tender proposals via Prozorro by October 5, 2026. ARMA previously held a competition for 'Betonstroy' in July 2025, where the most advantageous proposal came from the consortium 'Budintegral'. The use of the plant after its seizure was also recorded.
