Axis Robotics Launches Pre-registration for AXIS Community Sale

Axis Robotics, a physical AI data platform, has announced the opening of pre-registration for the community sale of the AXIS utility token, supported by Echo's Sonar. The subscription window will open on September 21 at 13:00 and close on September 28 at 13:00, with settlement starting after the window closes, aiming for completion by September 30. The token price is set at $0.1, with a fully diluted valuation of $100 million, and a fundraising target of 1 million USDC, corresponding to 10 million AXIS, which accounts for 1% of the total supply. The minimum individual allocation is $100, and the maximum is $100,000, with settlement conducted in USDC on the Base network. The unlocking arrangement includes a 10% release at TGE, followed by a 6-month lock-up period, with the remaining 90% released linearly over the subsequent 6 months. If oversubscribed, allocations will be made proportionally, and any unallocated USDC will be automatically refunded at settlement. Axis Robotics previously completed a $12 million seed round led by Hack VC, with participation from Nomad Capital, Pi Core Team Ventures, 10K Ventures, and angel investors.
