Backpack Enters Prediction Market, Launches "Unified Prediction Pool"
BlockBeats News, January 14th, Backpack CEO Armani Ferrante stated that Backpack has launched its first product to enter the prediction market field: The Unified Prediction Portfolio. The Unified Prediction Portfolio is not a simple wrapper for prediction market platforms such as Kalshi or Polymarket, but rather a brand-new native system under Backpack. Users can place bids, execute trades, and hedge within a single margin account. User funds can not only be used for prediction but also seamlessly for all predictions on the Backpack platform without dispersing the fund balance or affecting other investments, utilizing cross-margin and cross-collateral.
Currently, the Backpack Unified Prediction Portfolio has launched a private testing version limited to invited participants, aiming to build the most cutting-edge cryptocurrency and financial prediction market.
