Combat Operations Map in Ukraine as of September 7, 2026
The 1657th day of the war in Ukraine continues. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 237 combat clashes in the past 24 hours. The enemy launched 87 airstrikes, dropping 313 guided aerial bombs, used 8,812 kamikaze drones, and carried out 2,646 shelling attacks. In Sumy region, the settlements of Korenyok, Pisarivka, Ulanovo, Prohres, Khotyn, Ivlozhanske, Tovstodubovo, and Yastrebshchyna were shelled. Airstrikes were conducted on Yampil, Pisarivka, and Vakalovshchyna. Defense forces hit one area of enemy troop concentration and one artillery system. In the Northeastern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, one enemy assault was stopped. In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, 10 attacks were repelled. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked seven times. In the Lyman direction, seven attacks were recorded. In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out five assault actions. In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked once. In the Konstantynivka direction, 12 attacks were recorded. In the Pokrovsk direction, 43 attacks were stopped. In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders made one attack. In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy attacked seven times. No assault actions were conducted in the Orikhiv and Dnipro directions. In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groupings were detected.

Payrolls Beat Revives Hike Pricing | WEEX TradFi Daily(September 7, 2026)
Global markets spent the weekend digesting last week’s payrolls data and crypto fund flows. August job growth of roughly 162,000 and a steady 4.1% unemployment rate pushed the 10-year Treasury yield to around 4.78%, reviving rate-hike pricing and weighing on technology and other long-duration assets. In crypto, bitcoin held near $80,000 as spot ETF inflows remained supportive, signaling that institutional risk appetite has not fully faded. At the same time, oil stayed firm on Middle East supply concerns, while gold consolidated at elevated levels. This week, attention turns to Oracle and Adobe earnings, as well as CPI, for the next repricing of the September Fed path.
