InfiniSoft and IoTrust Sign Agreement for AI Payment Based on WAIaaS
InfiniSoft has signed a memorandum of understanding with IoTrust to jointly promote the 'WAIaaS-based Agentic Payment Business'. This agreement aims to develop, validate, and commercialize AI payment and settlement services based on stablecoins such as USDT and USDC by linking InfiniSoft's payment infrastructure with IoTrust's AI agent payment technology. InfiniSoft is a payment specialist company holding PCI DSS 4.0 Level 1 certification and provides various payment solutions through 'InnoPay'. IoTrust, the manufacturer of the hardware wallet 'Decent', has previously released the WAIaaS project for autonomous payments between AI agents as open source. The two companies plan to apply IoTrust's AI agent payment technology to InfiniSoft's InnoPay PG merchants and expand the payment network by connecting stablecoins. Specifically, they will promote the application of AI agent payment technology, link WAIaaS with the payment network, review the structure of stablecoin utilization, and jointly develop payment scenarios. An InfiniSoft representative stated that as the era of autonomous transactions by AI agents arrives, the importance of a secure payment infrastructure is increasing.
