Nayla Raises $18 Million to Expand Microenterprise Financing Solutions
Saudi fintech company Nayla has raised approximately $18 million in a pre-Series A round through a mix of equity and debt financing. The investment was led by Idrisi Ventures in equity, with participation from Suhail Ventures and other strategic investors, while Bloom Invest led the credit facilitation. Founded in 2024 by Shaqran Al-Yahya and Khalid Nili, Nayla provides AI-backed lending solutions for microenterprises in Saudi Arabia, aiming to facilitate and accelerate their access to digital financing. Nayla will use the funding to expedite the development of its AI-supported financing solutions and expand the available financing for microenterprises across Saudi Arabia. In 2024, Nayla raised an initial funding of $4 million, led by Sanabil Venture Studio, a subsidiary of Stryber. Nayla has become the first company built through Sanabil Studio to successfully close an institutional funding round.
