Fenix International, the operating company of OnlyFans, has revealed its accounts, showing that the late CEO Leonid Radvinsky received approximately $709 million in dividend payouts in the months leading up to his death. This includes $535 million for the fiscal year ending in November 2025, with an additional $174 million received in installments over the first three months of 2026. Since acquiring OnlyFans, Radvinsky has received over $2 billion in total dividends. Following his passing, OnlyFans reached a valuation of $3.15 billion in a stock transaction with San Francisco-based Architect Capital, which acquired approximately 16% of the shares and plans to collaborate with OnlyFans to develop financial services and products aimed at creators.
