OpenAI to Expand AI Tool Access, Hosting Cybersecurity Summit
OpenAI President Greg Brockman will announce on Thursday at OpenAI headquarters the expansion of access to AI tools for critical infrastructure and public sector organizations. The cybersecurity summit is expected to host around 300 security executives and chief information security officers from Fortune 100 companies. The summit will discuss how businesses, governments, and cybersecurity firms can provide AI tools to defenders, including critical infrastructure agencies and public service sectors. This move comes as OpenAI addresses security concerns surrounding its models, especially following the recent Hugging Face breach, while the cybersecurity capabilities of OpenAI's upcoming Astra model have reached critical levels.
