BlockBeats News, November 7th, Strategy announced that its perpetual preferred stock STRE fundraising size has increased from 3.5 billion euros to 6.2 billion euros (approximately $7.151 billion), and the issuance and sale are scheduled to settle on November 13, 2025. The funds will be used to increase BTC holdings and for general corporate purposes.

The perpetual preferred stock STRE has a 10.00% annualized cumulative dividend, with quarterly cash payments starting from December 31, 2025. The company has the option to redeem the stock under specific conditions, and holders can request a buyback in the event of a "fundamental change."
