Strategy Unveils $84B Bitcoin Buying Plan

Strategy (MSTR), the enterprise software firm turned Bitcoin powerhouse, has reported a Bitcoin yield of 13.7% and a staggering $5.8 billion gain year-to-date (YTD) from its BTC holdings. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor shared the update via social media, outlining the company’s aggressive expansion plans for the remainder of 2025. To bolster its Bitcoin acquisition strategy, MicroStrategy has now doubled its capital deployment plan—allocating $42 billion in equity and another $42 billion in fixed income. These funds are aimed squarely at increasing its exposure to Bitcoin, reinforcing the firm’s unwavering commitment to the digital asset. Looking ahead, MicroStrategy is raising its targets even higher. The company now aims to boost its BTC yield goal from 15% to 25%, while lifting its Bitcoin dollar gain target for the year from $10 billion to $15 billion.
