The GMPayer Payment Hub based on the x402 protocol has been launched, enabling AI Agents to make cross-chain autonomous payments, and initiating a 72-hour limited-time minting event.
BlockBeats News, November 3rd, LazAI jointly developed with ZKM, partnered with Metis and GOAT Network to officially launch the first x402-powered multi-currency payment hub—GMPayer. The platform aims to achieve instant, trustless cross-chain, multi-currency settlement, driving on-chain value interoperability of AI, data, and services.
GMPayer, through a four-stage path evolution, will gradually transform from a basic payment hub to a universal value exchange layer. Its core technologies include LazAI's Data Anchoring Token (DAT) standard, ZKM's zero-knowledge proof verification mechanism, Metis's low-cost settlement layer, and GOAT Network's native Bitcoin cross-chain liquidity support.
The platform simultaneously launched the concept verification token $BANG, dual-chain issued on Metis Andromeda and GOAT Network, with a total supply of 1 billion. In the current stage, it is only used for concept verification and has no practical use. Users can participate in a limited 72-hour token minting event through the GMPayer website, contributing $1 to receive 5000 BANG.
The launch of GMPayer marks the first landing of the x402 protocol in the AI economy field, driving AI Agents towards autonomous trading and decentralized machine economy.
