TOP 是 Telegram 官方区块链 The Open Network（TON）的核心开发方，其打造的“Telegram 钱包”已向俄罗斯、亚洲等地区用户开放。公司 CEO 表示，新资金将用于拓展欧美合规市场，并孵化基于 TON 的区块链游戏和 AI 应用。（Fortune）
