BlockBeats News, January 8th, according to GMGN monitoring, a well-known X account Rainbow Fish bought 5 million Meme coin FISH and locked it until 2027. Influenced by this news, the Meme coin FISH on the Solana chain, based on it, experienced a short-term surge of 66%, reaching a new high market value of $13.36 million, currently falling back to $11.1 million, with a current price of about $0.011. Its trading volume in the past 24 hours reached $6.2 million, ranking third on the trading list.

The coin is inspired by a character in the international best-selling book "The Rainbow Fish." Its recent popularity originated from the well-known parody account Rainbow Fish on the X platform. After four years of silence, the account suddenly returned on the afternoon of January 1st and interacted with memes. Subsequently, a token with the same name appeared on Pump.fun, driving the FISH and related Meme coins on Solana to hype. The market value soared from about $70,000 to $700,000 in a single day, nearly decupling.
