She pointed out: "Powell has taken on a noticeably more dovish tone and significantly opened the door to a rate cut in September, as he sees the downside risks to employment rising significantly. This supports our view of a 25 basis points rate cut next month, and we also continue to expect that by the end of the year, the Fed will have cut rates by a total of 75 basis points, as the labor market will further weaken and inflation's rise is only moderate and temporary."
