The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is reviewing the status of critically important defense enterprises, which was established until July 7, 2026. Supporting documents must be submitted by August 10, 2026, to maintain employee reservations. The review is conducted in accordance with the government resolution dated May 30, 2026, which mandates a revision by September 1. If documents are not submitted on time, the status will be revoked, and reservations will be canceled. The simplified mechanism applies to enterprises designated as critical by the Ministry of Defense order dated October 28, 2025. These include contractors for defense contracts with more than 50% of defense goods, residents of Defence City, and ammunition manufacturers. These enterprises must provide a certificate of average salary, tax calculations, and other documents. A complete set of documents must be submitted by enterprises that received status under the BRAVE1 grant criterion. It was previously reported about new reservation rules starting from September 1, including the repayment of tax debts and a salary level starting from 25,941 UAH.
