BlockBeats News, July 29th, according to RockFlow market data, the post-market trading of US stock BMNR fell by 15.21% to $29.77.

Prior to this, BMNR released a prospectus stating that it allows some shareholders to resell a total of about 70 million shares of common stock or related warrants and their derivative securities. These shares are from a PIPE private placement completed in July 2025. Types of warrants:
